Rules and Regulations

Revised April 26, 2004

Rules and regulations in any organization can create some distaste, dislikes, and irritability on the part of its members. However, they are necessary to maintain the views and feelings of the majority because of the possible undesirable actions and activities of a small minority. We, the Board of this organization, feel these Rules and Regulations reflect the intentions of the vast majority. The Rules and Regulations are meant to benefit the association members in general. They set standards that help maintain the overall appearance and desirability of the neighborhood, and maintain the highest property values.

The Board of Directors is empowered by Section 3.7 of the Bylaws to enforce these rules and regulations through fines or other means.
