Amended and Restated By-Laws

These By-Laws supersede the original By-Laws of Norton Hills Estates Recreation Association, Inc. as adopted the 18th day of May, 1967, and amended the 8th day of February, 1982. Those original By-Laws are repealed with the adoption of these amended and restated By-Laws effective the 1st day of February, 1992.
